At Aston Martin, precision and performance extend beyond our cars into every part of our operation. We are seeking a Warehouse Group Leader to join our Warehouse & Logistics team, playing a key role in delivering world-class service across our Parts Distribution Centre.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead one of our core operational areas—Goods In, Put-away, Picking or Dispatch—driving accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coordinate a team of up to 10 operatives, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate warehouse operations
- Plan and oversee daily activity across receipting, storage, picking and dispatch to meet service and performance targets
- Personally manage high-priority and VIP orders with a focus on precision and responsiveness
- Act as a key point of contact for Dealer Support, working closely with Procurement and Supply teams to resolve queries

- Proven experience leading teams within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and develop colleagues
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
- Hands-on approach, with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
