Every Aston Martin is designed to create an emotional connection with the driver.
Behind that experience lies thousands of engineering decisions influencing how the vehicle feels, sounds and performs. This role gives you the opportunity to play a central part in making those decisions.
As an NVH CAE & Simulation Engineer- Vehicle Structural Dynamics, you'll help shape the next generation of Aston Martin vehicles through advanced simulation, analysis and engineering insight. Working within Vehicle Engineering, you'll use cutting-edge CAE and simulation techniques to understand, predict and optimise vehicle noise, vibration and harshness performance long before physical prototypes reach the road.
This is a role that sits at the intersection of virtual engineering and real-world vehicle performance.
You'll develop and maintain full vehicle NVH models, investigate complex structural dynamics behaviours, assess modal and frequency response analysis, and use simulation to identify opportunities for improved refinement, stiffness and dynamic performance.
Working closely with Body Engineering, Chassis, Powertrain and Testing teams, you'll help translate technical data into meaningful engineering decisions, influencing vehicle design from the earliest stages of development. From analysing transfer paths and vehicle vibration modes to correlating simulation outputs against physical testing data, your work will directly contribute to the driving experience our customers expect from Aston Martin.
What makes this role particularly exciting is the breadth of technical challenge. One day you could be developing sophisticated full-vehicle simulation models, the next validating CAE predictions against prototype test results or investigating engineering solutions to improve vehicle refinement and acoustic performance.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in vehicle NVH and structural dynamics who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and pushing simulation capability to the next level. You'll combine analytical thinking with a practical engineering mindset and be comfortable communicating technical findings to both engineers and senior stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to join an iconic luxury brand where engineering excellence is fundamental to everything we do. You'll work alongside passionate experts, influence future vehicle programmes and help deliver the refinement, quality and performance that define the Aston Martin driving experience.
If you're looking for a role where advanced engineering, innovation and vehicle performance come together, we'd love to hear from you.
