Some roles focus on managing performance. Others focus on building relationships. This role requires both.
At Aston Martin, our European retailer network plays a critical role in delivering the experience our customers expect from one of the world's most iconic luxury brands. We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to work closely with our retail partners across Europe, helping them achieve commercial success while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience, brand representation and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible position that sits at the centre of our European Commercial operation. Working alongside retailer leadership teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of sales, marketing, aftersales and customer experience objectives across the region. The focus isn't simply on hitting targets; it's about creating sustainable performance, developing capability within the network and helping our partners realise the full potential of the Aston Martin brand.
You'll spend time understanding each retailer's business, identifying opportunities for growth, supporting strategic planning and developing practical action plans that drive performance. Whether reviewing commercial performance, supporting new model launches, developing customer experience initiatives or helping retailers strengthen their profitability, you'll act as a trusted partner who can bring both challenge and support in equal measure. Regular engagement with retailers across Europe will be a key part of the role, building strong relationships and ensuring there is always a clear focus on continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone who understands the automotive retail environment and enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy working with data. You'll bring experience from either a manufacturer or retailer environment, a strong understanding of dealership operations and the ability to translate insight into meaningful action. Equally important is your ability to communicate, influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to dealer principals, investors and executive leaders.
You'll be comfortable analysing performance data, market trends and commercial opportunities, but you'll also recognise that long-term success is built through relationships, trust and a shared commitment to excellence. Experience within the luxury or ultra-luxury automotive sector would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in individuals who bring the right mindset, commercial judgement and passion for developing high-performing networks.
In return, you'll join a business that combines a rich heritage with ambitious plans for the future. You'll have the opportunity to influence performance across multiple European markets, work with passionate colleagues and partners, and contribute to the continued success of a brand that remains truly unique within the automotive industry.
