As our next Valkyrie Aftersales Customer Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, servicing, and diagnosing complex faults in customer vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, service, and diagnose complex faults in customer vehicles.
• Vehicle service and repair.
• Prepare vehicles for track events and fabricate components.
• Perform fault diagnosis and rectification, strip, inspect, and measure components for tolerance.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve identified issues.

What You’ll Need:

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Courage, resilience, and excellent time management skills.
• An eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously to required standards.
• Experience in failure investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections.
