Aston Martin’s Procurement team plays a vital role in the success of our brand – selecting, developing, and managing the external partners who help bring our vehicles to life. This team is at the heart of commercial excellence, responsible for building competitive, sustainable, and long-term supplier relationships that support Aston Martin’s continued growth.

We're looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Strategy, Transformation and Planning team – someone who’s passionate about data, process improvement, and delivering meaningful results.

The Opportunity

In this key role, you’ll lead on defining, developing, and implementing performance controls, reporting, and KPIs to support the short, medium, and long-term goals of the Procurement function. Your work will directly contribute to the success of Aston Martin by delivering value through data insight, functional training, and process optimisation.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and use data to drive decisions that support our strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and automating key procurement performance measures and reporting tools, ensuring our data provides real value to the business. You’ll drive continuous process improvements, promoting best practice across the function while managing regular reporting on supplier performance, cost savings, contracting compliance, and risk. Maintaining high-quality, accurate procurement data will be central to your work, alongside supporting the creation of our annual budget.

You’ll lead the development of the department’s training plan and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the organisation. Compliance with company policies and industry regulations will be an essential part of your remit, and you'll work closely with the wider buying team to help generate value and deliver on Aston Martin’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong data management and analysis skills, with experience using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working in or alongside a Procurement function
  • Solid understanding of performance measurement and KPI reporting
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and bring clarity to ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working at all levels
  • Degree-level education in a relevant subject is preferred
