Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Aston Martin The Americas team supporting and developing strategic marketing activities with assigned Aston Martin Dealerships. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing targeted demand and lead generation marketing strategies in his or her assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting and customer loyalty marketing programs, such as digital marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside assigned dealers to define, implement and track dealer marketing plans 
  • Define marketing goals and KPIs by dealer
  • Use omni channel marketing best practices which support a seamless customer experience
  • Track marketing campaigns and determine areas for optimization
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverables
  • Support dealers in planning lead generation, new product launches and customer loyalty events 
  • Be a brand advocate, ensure brand guidelines and expectations are implemented
  • Support overall regional marketing team goals and programs
  • Assist regional sales managers when needed
  • Work closely with the sales and after sales teams to ensure targets are achieved

Qualifications/Experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Extensive field experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
  • Understanding of Customer Relations Management (CRM) techniques and best practices
  • Experience with organizing local and regional events
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
  • Proficient in analyzing marketing data
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of the factors influencing new and used vehicle sales
  • Flexibility to travel throughout assigned territory and to H.Q. England from time to time.
  • Image and approach to dealers and customers commensurate with the Aston Martin brand position
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach – confident and can work unsupervised
  • Able to feedback both dealer and customer needs and wants into Aston Martin planning processes
  • Beneficial to possess an understanding of the HLS/ sports car market and/or luxury goods
  • Able to work on own initiative and be self motivated
