We are recruiting for 2 x Vehicle Testing Graduate Engineers, where each of you will become a valued part of our Vehicle Integration team. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the success of vehicle testing and development. This isn’t a desk-based role as you’ll be working around the testing facility.
As a Vehicle Testing Graduate Engineer, you are a solution-focused team player who can work under stress and high pressure, building relationships with ease. You’ll gain a clear understanding within the development team pre-empting any issues that may arise from testing and working collaboratively with other departments and team members to find a resolution making proposals for countermeasures. You would relish the opportunity to thrive in this role, as it is a key position within vehicle development. Your ability to learn on the job and quickly adapt within the first year is crucial, as you may face around 100 to 200 issues that will provide you with valuable learning experiences.
You’re not the type to shy away from challenges or lack interest in problem-solving. This isn't a role for someone who seeks an easy way out. You won't be simply going through the motions, as this role demands active participation. You don't want to be in a role that doesn't provide you with meaningful challenges as you relish the opportunity to constantly learn and grow.

You will be working towards finding solutions within tight time constraints and managing multiple tasks effectively.

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the Vehicle Integration department, where you’ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within key business areas.
This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
