We’re seeking a Software Engineering Degree Apprentice to join us within our team, giving you the chance to work on cutting-edge projects across the automotive industry.
About the role:
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll become a valued member of our Software Engineering team, where you’ll immerse yourself in our technology, tools, and brand. This apprenticeship allows you to gain hands-on experience across various areas, including Connected car, Motion Control, Autonomous Driving, and more. Working alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll help develop our luxury vehicles' software and electronic systems for everything from hyperarcs to SUVs. This hands-on role will give you experience in writing code, testing features through simulations and real-world trials, and learning how different vehicle systems interact. You’ll also get exposure to tools and techniques used across the automotive software industry.

The following broad criteria will apply for entry to the academic programme are:
- 5 GCSEs all at Grade 4/C or above to include Maths and English
- Qualifications 3 A levels at B or above (or equivalent) including a STEM subject and 2 others
- Extended BTEC Level 3 at DDM
- T-Level at Distinction
- BTECs and T-Level qualifications should be in STEM
