As our next Programme Leader, you'll be leading the project management of new vehicle programmes. Programme governance and trust will be key in your role. You will work in close cooperation with the Programme Manager to lead and deliver robust definition, planning, and delivery of vehicle programmes. As a Programme Leader you must have the courage to influence and achieve results.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be motivated, resilient, collaborative, and energized. Strong time management skills are essential. Working with a team of talented individuals, you'll be responsible for Programme governance and identifying continuous process improvements.

You’re not the type to shy away from challenges as you will regularly deal with road blockers and be looking for ways to successfully progress the programme. You will have a core understanding of engineering principles and good project management experience (ideally within automative applications).

In this role, you will need to be proactive and organised. To you, it's about being efficient and effective. This role offers the chance to have a direct impact on new cars and make your mark in the world of ultra-luxury automotive.

As a Programme Leader your remit is to lead and deliver vehicle programmes effectively in collaboration with various stakeholders.
