We seek a dynamic and driven Sales Operations and Network Development Executive to link our Japan and UK headquarters, reporting directly to the APAC Regional Director. This key role will manage communication between the APAC Dealer Network, Regional Operations Managers, and the UK Head Office, ensuring the smooth flow of information and operational efficiency across the region.

In this position, you will oversee daily operating controls, manage data to ensure accurate reporting and address any urgent issues for the APAC team. You will work closely with the APAC Regional Director to develop retail and wholesale sales plans for dealer partners, ensuring inventory and financial targets are met. Additionally, you will manage financial processes and compliance, including claims submissions, budget oversight, and reporting on dealer performance.

Your role will also involve strategic network development, including supporting dealer appointments, terminations, and facility relocations. By analysing dealer performance and continuously improving customer satisfaction and financial reporting, you will play an essential part in the ongoing development of the APAC region.

To succeed in this role, you will need a higher degree or substantially equivalent experience, particularly in data management within automotive retail or OEM environments. Experience working with manufacturers or importers is crucial, as is a strong understanding of automotive retail operations. You should have a proven ability to build strong partnerships and support the strategic direction of the APAC region. This position offers exciting career progression, with the potential to advance into Regional Director or Commercial Head roles.

This opportunity offers a unique hybrid role, requiring proficiency in the English language. You'll be expected to be onsite for three days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and work remotely for two days, Wednesday and Friday.
