Head of Parts Operations – Drive the Future of Aston Martin Aftersales

As Head of Parts Operations, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering on this promise by overseeing parts procurement, demand planning, pricing, warehousing, and distribution on a global scale. This senior leadership position comes with responsibility for a talented team of over 60 people and managing a multimillion-pound budget. You’ll be a key voice on the Aftersales Steering Group, helping to shape strategy and drive continuous improvement across the business.
In this role, you’ll keep a close eye on parts availability and performance across global warehouses, swiftly identifying and resolving any issues that could affect customer satisfaction. Working closely with regional teams and suppliers, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly from procurement through to delivery. You’ll collaborate with colleagues in marketing, engineering, and finance to develop strategies that boost efficiency and drive revenue growth. Balancing hands-on problem solving with big-picture planning, you’ll refine pricing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and coach your team to deliver their best. Above all, you’ll champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every part of the operation reflects Aston Martin’s commitment to quality and excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a talented global team of 60+ across parts procurement, warehousing, pricing, and distribution.
- Developing and delivering parts programmes that put the customer front and centre.
- Managing inventory, suppliers, and pricing strategies to balance service and cost-effectiveness.
- Acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ internally and driving continual improvement.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and key partners across regions to deliver growth and operational excellence.

- Strategic yet hands-on, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Please note, this is an onsite role, and you must be able to manage your working time between our sites, including Wolverton Mill, Gaydon HQ, and Regional Hubs.
