We are transforming how IT operates across the organisation, IT as a business enabler, performance focused and outcome driven function. At the centre of that is IT Operations.
We’re looking for a Director of IT Operations to define and lead this capability end to end.
This is a role where you will shape the operating model, set the standards for service performance, and take accountability for how IT delivers every day across the business. It goes beyond keeping services running, this is about ensuring IT actively enables outcomes, drives efficiency, and supports decision making at the highest level.
You’ll be responsible for the performance, reliability and resilience of enterprise wide services, including infrastructure, cloud, enterprise platforms, manufacturing IT and digital workplace. You will also establish the governance, service frameworks and performance measures that ensure visibility, control and continuous improvement.
A key part of the role is shifting how success is defined, moving from technical reporting to meaningful business outcomes, ensuring that service quality, user experience and operational risk are measured in a way that matters.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial and Corporate functions, acting as a trusted partner and influencing how technology investment supports business priorities.
This role requires someone who can set direction and deliver through others. Someone who can bring structure to complexity, drive improvement at scale and build an IT Operations function that is trusted, visible and high performing.
You’ll bring Director level experience within a complex organisation, with a proven track record of leading IT Operations and delivering transformational change across large scale service environments.
