At Aston Martin, we create more than iconic vehicles – we create exceptional experiences. Every detail matters, and every insight has the power to shape the future of our products and customer journey. We are looking for an analytical, curious and driven Aftersales Data Analyst to join our Aftersales team and play a key role in helping us make smarter, data-led decisions that improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity
As an Aftersales Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the Aftersales function and the wider business. You'll also be responsible for communicating complex findings in a clear and engaging way, enabling stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to make informed decisions with confidence.
What We're Looking For

You will have experience in data analytics and be confident working with a variety of systems and reporting tools. Experience using Tableau is essential, along with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You'll bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups. A passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this role.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
You will hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering or a related field.
In addition, you will have:
- Experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Experience using Tableau.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work confidently with a range of business systems.
- A keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Desirable Experience
Experience within the automotive sector would be advantageous, as would knowledge of data engineering practices. You will also have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and simplify complex analysis into practical insights for wider business audiences.
