About the Role

At Aston Martin, digital innovation plays a key role in shaping how our customers experience the brand. Within our Marketing & Communications function, we are focused on delivering a seamless, high‑quality digital ecosystem that reflects the craftsmanship and performance synonymous with Aston Martin.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to act as a technical lead across our digital marketing platforms. This is a highly impactful role, responsible for shaping and evolving our global digital landscape, including our website, configurator, and customer data integrations.

You will play a central part in ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure and aligned to both brand and commercial objectives, while supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day technical management and long‑term evolution of our global digital platforms, including AstonMartin.com, the configurator, and integrated CRM and analytics systems. Working closely with Marketing, IT, Product and agency partners, you will define and deliver a clear platform roadmap that supports growth and enhances customer experience.

A key focus of the role will be the optimisation and continuous improvement of our web platforms. You will oversee development, releases and performance, ensuring all digital journeys are intuitive, high‑performing and aligned with brand expectations across global markets.

You will also lead the integration of CRM systems and customer data across digital touchpoints, helping to improve lead capture, segmentation, personalisation and customer journey tracking. Ensuring seamless connectivity between platforms, tools and backend systems will be critical to success.

From a data perspective, you will own the digital analytics landscape, ensuring accurate tracking, strong data governance and clear reporting frameworks. Working with insight teams, you will help translate data into meaningful actions that drive performance across acquisition, engagement and conversion.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, acting as the key technical contact for digital initiatives. Managing agency relationships, delivery timelines and technical quality will form an important part of the role, alongside supporting wider digital transformation and innovation programmes.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a technically strong developer with experience working across full‑stack environments and a passion for delivering high‑quality digital experiences.

You will have a strong understanding of modern architecture approaches such as composable or MACH (microservices, API‑first, cloud‑native and headless), alongside experience working with APIs, integrations and distributed systems. Familiarity with CRM integrations, customer journey orchestration and real‑time decisioning platforms will be highly valuable.

You will bring solid technical fundamentals, including knowledge of data structures, security protocols and development tools such as Git and modern IDEs. Experience with server‑side tracking and evolving cookie‑less marketing approaches will also support success in this role.

Experience within luxury, automotive or premium consumer brands would be beneficial, along with exposure to technologies such as Sitecore or similar CMS platforms. Knowledge of tools such as Unreal Engine or rules‑based systems would be an advantage.

You will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, able to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions, and confident navigating complex or legacy environments to deliver scalable improvements.

Skills and Behaviours

You will take ownership of your work, showing accountability for both delivery and continuous improvement. You will be comfortable working in ambiguous environments, bringing structure and clarity where needed.

A collaborative mindset, strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail will help you succeed in a fast‑paced and evolving digital environment.

Why Join Aston Martin

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital future of one of the world’s most iconic brands. You will work at the intersection of technology, creativity and customer experience, contributing to platforms and journeys experienced globally.

You will be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team where your expertise will have a direct impact on how Aston Martin connects with its customers around the world.
