The Opportunity
In this role, you will support the performance tracking and optimisation of marketing activity across regions. You will work closely with global and regional teams to analyse campaign effectiveness, understand customer behaviour, and provide clear, actionable insights that drive impact.
You’ll be at the centre of decision-making, helping to ensure our marketing investment delivers strong and measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to measure marketing performance across channels and regions. This includes evaluating campaigns, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams, you will translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. You will also support reporting processes, helping to create dashboards and performance summaries that inform senior stakeholders.
A key part of the role will involve continuously improving how we track and measure performance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while embedding best practices across regions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing or business performance data. You may come from a marketing analytics, digital, or commercial background, with a good understanding of campaign measurement and reporting.
You’ll be comfortable working with data tools and able to present insights in a clear, engaging way to a variety of audiences. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach are essential.
Equally important is your ability to collaborate—building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight and evidence.
