At Aston Martin, we are synonymous with uncompromising standards, exceptional performance and integrity. We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Manager to develop, embed and oversee our compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory and ethical requirements.
This is a highly visible role, providing trusted advice to the business while shaping a culture of accountability and integrity. You will operate with autonomy, applying sound judgement to balance risk and commercial priorities across a complex, fast-paced organisation.
Key responsibilities
· Develop, implement and continuously enhance the Company’s compliance framework across ABC, AML, sanctions, competition law, modern slavery and fraud prevention
· Own and embed compliance policies, ensuring they remain effective, relevant and aligned to regulatory expectations
· Lead and challenge risk assessments, ensuring mitigations are robust and consistently applied
· Set the direction for compliance advice and training across the organisation
· Oversee governance of gifts, hospitality and conflicts of interest
· Ensure the effectiveness of the Code of Conduct and whistleblowing arrangements, including oversight of investigations where required
· Deliver clear reporting to senior leadership and act as a key point of contact for regulatory engagement
About you
You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within a UK-listed or multinational environment. Professionally qualified (e.g. ICA, CCEP or legal), you are able to interpret complex requirements and translate them into practical, business-focused guidance.
With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you are confident working independently while influencing at all levels of the organisation.
