About the Role

At Aston Martin, our IT Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in shaping how change is delivered across the business. Acting as a centre of excellence, the PMO drives consistency, structure, and alignment to ensure projects deliver meaningful outcomes.

We are now looking for a Commercial Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects within our IT Commercial portfolio, with a particular focus on CRM and customer-facing systems. This is a highly visible role supporting key business areas including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Connected Car.

You will take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining a clear focus on customer impact and business value. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and with external partners, you will combine structured delivery with a strong, results-driven mindset to achieve successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of CRM and commercial technology projects, from initial planning through to delivery and closure. This includes ensuring projects are effectively scoped, resourced, governed, and aligned to wider product and business objectives.

Working within established PMO frameworks, you will apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate, bringing structure and consistency to delivery while remaining adaptable to changing needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams made up of internal colleagues, suppliers, and third-party partners, ensuring clarity of roles and fostering a collaborative and delivery-focused environment. Strong stakeholder management will be key, as you partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Connected Car, and IT to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly.

A core part of your role will be proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies, putting effective mitigation plans in place and escalating where necessary to protect delivery timelines. You will also plan and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams, ensuring efficient utilisation and delivery momentum.

Financial accountability is central to the role. You will manage project budgets end-to-end, including planning, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring robust financial governance and timely escalation of any cost pressures.

You will provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders, the Commercial Product Manager, and the PMO, covering delivery progress, risks, key decisions, and financial performance.

Alongside delivery, you will contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, and ways of working. You will also support change management and adoption activities, ensuring new CRM and commercial capabilities are successfully embedded into the business.

What We’re Looking For

You will bring proven experience delivering complex IT projects within CRM or commercial environments, ideally across customer lifecycle, platform enhancements, integrations, or transformation initiatives. You are confident navigating cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments and managing delivery that spans both internal teams and external partners.

A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent is expected, alongside a strong understanding of governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and structured project practices.

You will have demonstrable experience managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and handling variances, as well as coordinating resources across concurrent workstreams.

Your ability to manage complexity, while maintaining focus on execution and results, will be key. You will be comfortable identifying and resolving risks and issues proactively, ensuring delivery stays on track.

Experience working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Connected Car, and technical teams will be highly advantageous, particularly where you have successfully aligned diverse priorities and built strong, collaborative relationships.

How You’ll Work

You are highly organised, analytical, and structured in your approach, with the confidence to simplify complexity and maintain control in fast-paced and evolving environments.

You are a pragmatic, action-oriented individual with a strong bias for delivery, focused on achieving outcomes and driving progress. You communicate clearly and effectively, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, making informed decisions, and adapting to change or ambiguity while maintaining momentum and focus.
