Behind every Aston Martin is an ownership experience that’s just as powerful as the drive itself. From the moment a vehicle leaves the line, our Aftersales team plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, craftsmanship and emotional connection that define our brand. Within this world, our Parts Distribution Centre keeps everything moving, ensuring our global network receives the right parts, at the right time, with absolute precision.
We’re now looking for a Quality Group Leader to join our Warehouse and Logistics team, someone who thrives on being hands-on, leading from the front, and taking real ownership of quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
This isn’t a purely desk-based role. You’ll be out on the floor, working alongside your team, inspecting parts, solving problems as they arise, and making sure everything leaving our site meets the exceptional standards our customers expect. Alongside managing a small team, you’ll take the lead on inbound and outbound quality, dealer returns, and inventory accuracy, making sure issues are identified quickly and prevented from happening again.
You’ll be the go-to person when something doesn’t look right. Whether it’s investigating a damaged part, spotting a trend in dealer returns, or responding to queries from our dealer network, you’ll bring a structured, practical approach to problem solving. You’ll use tools like 8D or 5 Whys to get to the root cause, working collaboratively across the operation to put improvements in place that genuinely make a difference.
This role is all about balancing detail with momentum. One minute you might be analysing data and putting together insights, the next you’re coaching the wider team on best practice or stepping in to resolve a live issue on the warehouse floor. You’ll play a key part in driving a “right first time” culture, reducing defects, improving accuracy, and keeping everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who understands quality within a warehouse, logistics, or automotive environment, is confident working with data and systems, and can communicate clearly across different teams. Just as importantly, you’ll bring the right mindset, someone who is organised, proactive, and naturally takes ownership, with the confidence to challenge and the drive to continuously improve how things are done.
This is a role where your impact will be visible every day. From supporting your team to improving processes and protecting the customer experience, you’ll be at the heart of what keeps Aston Martin performing at its best, long after the car leaves the factory.
If you’re ready to step into a role where quality really matters and where you can make a tangible difference every day, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and be part of something exceptional.
