If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity and quality to complex engineering environments, this is an opportunity to play a critical role within Aston Martin’s hypercar aftersales operation.
Aftersales is central to the customer experience, and with the introduction of highly engineered hypercars such as the Aston Martin Valkyrie, we have developed a unique direct customer support programme. Operating through dedicated Centres of Excellence and remote locations, our teams support customers and vehicles worldwide, delivering a seamless and premium ownership experience.
As Repair Preparation Lead (AMTA), based across Monticello, NY and Apex, AZ, you will take ownership of the administrative and operational coordination activities within our hypercar workshops. This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring that workshop activity runs smoothly, accurately and efficiently, while supporting both technicians and leadership teams.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of warranty claims in line with manufacturer policy, as well as ordering parts, tooling and consumables, managing inventory and overseeing parts returns. You will own the end to end vehicle check in and check out process, both physically in the workshop and through Salesforce, ensuring full traceability and accuracy at all times.
Working closely with the Centre of Excellence Manager, you will create job cards, maintain clear and compliant repair documentation, close completed repair orders and generate customer and sublet invoices. You will also support quality audits, manage workshop and activity risk assessments, and assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required. In addition, you will create repair estimates for retail work and provide administrative support for track event activity.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working across functions and locations, supporting teams remotely while maintaining strong attention to detail. You will need to be organised, adaptable and confident prioritising multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will engage with technicians, managers and other stakeholders at all levels.
You will succeed in this role if you bring development or motorsport experience, strong technical understanding, and a proactive, can do attitude. Experience using tools such as Salesforce, CAD and Microsoft Office is important, along with the ability to maintain clear and accurate records in a regulated environment. Exposure to hypercar build or repair work, including Valkyrie experience, is advantageous but not essential, as is holding an advanced driving permit or high voltage safety training.
Above all, we are looking for someone who takes pride in high standards, promotes a positive image of the brand, and is confident supporting high net worth customers in sometimes demanding situations. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and want to be part of a world class hypercar operation, this role offers a rewarding and highly visible opportunity.
