Looking for a role where you can make a real impact across borders?
We’re on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to join our team, based at our Gaydon headquarters and supporting key operations across Germany and the USA. These may be smaller teams, but they play a critical role in driving revenue across our global business, so what you do will really matter.
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll build strong relationships with managers and become their go-to for practical, people-focused advice. Whether it’s guiding them through performance conversations, supporting employee relations matters, or helping shape team engagement, you’ll be right at the heart of it.
Day to day, you’ll be answering queries, coaching managers, and making sure HR processes run smoothly and compliantly across both regions. You’ll also partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Operations teams, and contribute to a range of local and global HR projects. There’s plenty of variety, and no two days will feel the same.
We’re looking for someone who’s already operating at HR Business Partner level and is confident working across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll need to be comfortable handling sensitive situations, building relationships quickly, and balancing different priorities in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of employment law and HR best practice will help, and if you’re working towards (or have) your CIPD Level 5, even better.
This role is based at our Gaydon HQ, with an expectation of being on-site at least four days a week. You’ll also need some flexibility in your working hours to support colleagues across different time zones. Occasional travel to other sites will be required, so a valid driving licence and passport are essential.
In return, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative HR team and gain valuable international experience in a role where your input is genuinely valued. If you enjoy working closely with people, solving problems, and making a difference, this could be a great next step for you.
Please note: This is a 36-hour role worked across Monday to Thursday.
