The Regional Sales Operations Department plays a central role in delivering high‑quality sales analysis, reporting and communication for the wider regional management team. Acting as a key link between the region and HQ, the department ensures that essential information flows accurately and efficiently throughout the organisation.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the EU Sales Operations Team, working with data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making across the regional Sales Team. You will create and maintain sales operation tools, deliver regular reporting, and help enhance the efficiency of regional processes. Alongside daily operational responsibilities, you will also contribute to the development of improved tools and methods that strengthen regional capabilities.
A core part of the position involves building and managing Daily Operating Controls that help the management team understand the commercial landscape and support all planning and operational sales activities. This includes areas such as retail and wholesale performance, dealer target setting and tracking, operating standards, funding plans, stock analysis, demo activities, order intakes, regional order calls and special sales initiatives, as well as supporting the management of variable marketing expenditure. You will also play a key role in preparing sales‑related content for internal and external meetings.
Success in this role relies on strong working relationships with Regional Operations Managers, HQ Sales Operations teams and Dealer Partner Sales or Business Managers.
To thrive here, you will bring a higher degree or equivalent experience, along with proven ability to analyse data and present findings in clear, management‑ready formats. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, as is the confidence to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Experience in the automotive industry, sales operations or within a manufacturer/importer setting is beneficial, together with an understanding of automotive retail operations.
You will need excellent Excel capability, a highly analytical mindset and strong overall IT proficiency. A structured, innovative approach to problem‑solving is key, as is a positive, solution‑oriented attitude. The role requires someone who can drive their own projects independently while also contributing positively to team‑based work. The ability to balance high standards with the demands of fast‑moving, ad‑hoc requests is important. Strong English skills are required, and the role involves being on‑site in the office three- four days per week.
