Software Integration Coordinator

At Aston Martin, we craft extraordinary. As we accelerate our transition to next-generation, software-defined vehicles, we are seeking a Software Integration Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering robust, high-quality software across our vehicle programmes.

Working within the Software Integration Team, you will help drive programme delivery, ensuring effective control and governance of the software change management process—from planning through to release, validation and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and creation of software platforms across vehicle programmes
  • Manage and maintain software, hardware and coding submissions, ensuring alignment to milestones
  • Coordinate internal software releases, enabling timely and controlled delivery
  • Track and maintain SW/HW/configuration status across builds
  • Lead reporting of software code drops, risks and open issues, driving visibility and resolution

About You

  • Proven experience in automotive software integration or project delivery
  • Understanding of Electrical/Electronic commodities (hardware and software)
  • Strong knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
  • Experience in software/feature fault diagnosis and issue resolution
  • Confident working cross-functionally to solve complex technical challenges
  • Familiarity with automotive development systems, including release processes, concerns management, gateways and sign-off
