This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in preserving and commercialising our legacy, while driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to our global network.
Job Purpose
You will lead and develop the Heritage & VH (Vertical/Horizontal) parts strategy, focusing on commercial performance, inventory optimisation, and best-in-class customer and dealer support. This role blends commercial leadership, technical collaboration, and customer experience within a luxury automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership
Lead the Heritage & VH parts function to maximise revenue and profitability across Aston Martin’s global network and Heritage partners. Deliver financial targets through strategic marketing plans, targeted campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives.

Inventory & Supply Management
Manage Heritage & VH inventory in partnership with central Parts Operations to optimise availability, minimise obsolescence, and ensure efficient stock control.

Legal & Compliance Programme Leadership
Oversee the Aftersales Legal & Compliance programme, including the creation, maintenance, and distribution of documentation (e.g. Certificates of Conformity) for customers and dealers, supported by an administrator.

Obsolescence & Risk Parts Strategy
Drive the review of Heritage & VH risk parts. Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to develop robust business cases, update technical documentation, and identify new supply solutions to reintroduce obsolete components.

Partner Network Performance
Lead and support the Heritage Parts Partner network (c.11 sites), driving commercial success while providing both technical and commercial guidance.

Heritage Archive & Documentation Commercialisation
Manage the Heritage archive, ensuring accurate and up-to-date digital cataloguing of drawings and vehicle data. Develop and execute plans to monetise heritage documentation and artwork.
