About the role
We’re looking for a Software Integration Coordinator to support the delivery of software and coding changes across the full vehicle programme lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to ensure software releases are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
You’ll have end-to-end visibility of a vehicle programme — from early definition through to production — and will play a key role in coordinating information, managing releases and keeping teams aligned.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating software and coding changes across vehicle programmes
- Managing and tracking software submissions, releases and configurations
- Acting as a central point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, aftersales and module owners
- Supporting programme milestones by promoting and managing internal software releases
- Reporting progress, risks and issues clearly and accurately
- Participating in regular project and programme meetings, sharing updates and changes
- Support the planning and creation of the software platforms for a given vehicle programme.
What we’re looking for
We’re open to a range of backgrounds and encourage applications from people with transferable experience. You might be a systems engineer, test engineer, software release manager or have worked in a similar coordination role.
Key experience and skills include:
- Experience working with software integration, releases or complex engineering programmes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams
- Ability to organise information, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira (or similar) is beneficial
Why join us?
- End‑to‑end involvement in vehicle delivery from concept to production
- A people‑focused, collaborative environment
- Opportunities to build technical and stakeholder‑management expertise
- Flexible working options to support work–life balance
- Career development opportunities within engineering and the wider business
