Reporting to the Transformation, Strategy and Process Manager, the Engineering Transformation Lead will be responsible for the governance, tracking, and successful delivery of key transformation programmes. Working closely with the Chief Transformation Officer, Engineering senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure transformation initiatives are delivered with consistency, transparency, and pace, enabling sustainable organisational change and alignment with our long-term business objectives.

As Engineering Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously enhancing Aston Martin’s transformation framework, governance model, and delivery processes. You will support the prioritisation, monitoring, and steering of transformation initiatives to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and benefits are realised. Acting as the central point of coordination across transformation programmes, you will drive alignment, consistency, and visibility across a diverse portfolio of projects.
A key aspect of the role will involve developing and maintaining robust reporting mechanisms that provide the Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Committee with clear and timely insights into programme performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall progress. You will champion best practice in change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefits realisation, while fostering effective communication and collaboration between programme teams, senior leaders, and key business stakeholders.
You will also play an important role in driving continuous improvement across transformation delivery, ensuring effective adoption of programme management tools and maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting integrity. Through proactive identification and management of risks and issues, you will help ensure successful delivery outcomes across the transformation portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience in project, programme, or transformation management within a complex environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to demanding timelines. You will possess exceptional organisational and planning skills, coupled with the confidence to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
You will have a naturally analytical approach, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify meaningful insights, and present clear recommendations that support effective decision-making. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a demonstrable track record of delivering initiatives on time and to a high standard will be essential.
