Aston Martin is seeking a highly experienced Attribute Manager – Sustainability & Mass to define, lead and champion mass and sustainability performance across our vehicle programmes. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for strategy, delivery, and governance of these critical vehicle attributes.
Role overview
- Lead the Mass and Sustainability Attribute strategy, owning short- and long-term roadmaps, targets, and delivery across vehicle programmes.
- Manage and develop a specialist team, acting as the recognised authority for LCA, RDI, MCI, Circular Design and Green NCAP.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Vehicle Lines, APC and Performance to embed mass and sustainability into vehicle definition, delivery and certification.
- Ensure robust governance, reporting, issue resolution and compliance with regulatory and business objectives.
About you
- Proven leader in automotive mass management and sustainability attributes (OEM or Tier 1).
- Strong technical judgement, stakeholder influence and programme delivery experience.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent); Chartered Engineer desirable.
