We are looking for someone as passionate about performance as we are, someone who thrives on turning data into insight and insight into action. This role sits at the heart of our Sales Planning, Operations & Steering function for the Asia-Pacific region, where you’ll play a key part in connecting teams, supporting retailers, and helping drive commercial success.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the region and at our global headquarters to keep sales operations running smoothly and efficiently. From managing dealer orders and supporting bespoke customer requests to monitoring sales performance and producing insightful reports, your work will directly influence how we plan, forecast, and grow. You’ll be involved in everything from setting retailer targets and tracking progress to overseeing stock levels, demo vehicles, and monthly car-flow planning, ensuring the right cars are in the right place at the right time.
You’ll also act as a key point of support for retailers and regional teams, helping resolve system or process queries and keeping communication flowing across multiple stakeholders. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting, using data to provide clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, detail-focused, and confident working with data. You’ll enjoy balancing multiple priorities, working collaboratively, and taking ownership of your responsibilities. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and experience with tools such as Salesforce or Tableau will set you up for success, along with a solid understanding of sales operations and dealership environments.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine alignment with Aston Martin’s core values of openness, unity, courage, ownership, and trust.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact in a fast-paced, globally connected environment, this is your opportunity to be part of something extraordinary.
