Aftersales Business Manager, South East Asia

If you’re motivated by driving commercial performance while shaping exceptional customer experiences, this is a role where you can make a visible impact across a premium, high-performing dealer network.

As Aftersales Business Manager, you’ll work closely with Aston Martin dealers across Southeast Asia, acting as a trusted partner to investors, General Managers and Aftersales leaders. Your focus will be on delivering results across key performance areas including parts and accessories sales, extended warranties, customer satisfaction and overall dealer performance.

You’ll use business intelligence and performance data to identify opportunities, guide decision-making and support the delivery of global aftersales strategies across the region. From advising on operational improvements and capacity planning to supporting investment cases and reducing customer lead times, your input will help futureproof aftersales operations while maximising commercial outcomes.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining dealer standards, leading audit and compliance activity and addressing any gaps in line with Aston Martin’s expectations. Alongside this, you’ll support technical and customer-related escalations, working collaboratively with regional and HQ teams to resolve complex cases and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Beyond performance and compliance, you’ll guide dealers on aftersales marketing and CRM activity, helping to improve customer retention and engagement. You’ll also support warranty processes, reporting standards and deliver training to ensure teams across the network are fully aligned and set up for success.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong commercial mindset and experience within the automotive aftersales environment, ideally within a luxury setting. You’ll be confident working with data, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating both commercial and technical discussions with ease.

You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, with the flexibility to travel regularly across Southeast Asia and collaborate across time zones. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and confidence using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint will be important, alongside your ability to build and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Fluency in English is essential, and a strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cultures will help you quickly build credibility and deliver impact in the region.
