Aston Martin is seeking a talented global media communications lead to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover). This is your opportunity to help define the voice of a legendary marque — and share our story with audiences across the globe.
About the Role
As our communications lead, you’ll be the strategic force behind how Aston Martin shares product and brand news with the world. You’ll collaborate internationally, drive both global and UK-focused media strategies, and play a central role in our most high-profile product launches.
Your goal? To inform, engage and inspire media contacts, influencers, and partners — and shape the story of our journey into the future of performance and luxury.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the development and delivery of a global and UK media communications strategy
- Building and nurturing relationships with key editors and automotive media outlets worldwide
- Collaborating with regional and internal teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful message across all channels — including press releases, digital platforms, and retailer communications
- Planning and executing high-profile media events, including global product launches and lifestyle activations
- Communicating complex product and brand messages with clarity and creativity — from drafting press materials to briefing senior leaders
- Managing press fleets, ensuring the right vehicles are in the right hands to drive meaningful coverage
- Using our Formula 1 and motorsport presence to enhance road car storytelling
- Supporting regional teams to ensure brand consistency in both emerging and established markets
- Leading award submission campaigns that reinforce Aston Martin’s position as an industry leader
