As a key member of our Brand Marketing team, you’ll be at the creative and strategic heart of our global product and brand campaigns. We’re looking for a Brand & Campaigns Senior Manager with the expertise, drive, and ambition to lead work that inspires and captivates.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the development and execution of flagship brand and product launch campaigns, combining strategic thinking with creative vision to deliver marketing that elevates the brand and drives results.

Commercially driven, you will identify clear marketing objectives for all campaigns based on specific regional insights and ensure campaigns and content travel beyond owned channel coverage.

Working cross-functionally, you’ll manage internal stakeholders and agency partners with clarity, confidence, and a collaborative spirit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning end-to-end campaign delivery — from strategic briefing through to final execution
  • Leading the creative development & production process with agency partners, acting as the central point of contact
  • Overseeing content creation from pre-production planning to post-production, across multiple campaigns
  • Oversee the brand’s social media output, working with the Social team on planning and executing year-round content across the brand’s key narrative pillars, with a particular focus on content collaborations.
  • Developing integrated campaign plans that unite paid, owned, and earned media channels for maximum impact
  • Representing Aston Martin on campaign shoots, safeguarding creative quality and brand consistency

You’ll also run weekly cross-functional meetings, manage budgets and supplier relationships, support regional teams with local activation, and oversee creative output from partner collaborations.

 

What You’ll Bring

You have substantial experience in marketing communications, gained either within an agency or in-house at a prominent brand. You think strategically and act decisively, with a track record of delivering high-quality, commercially effective campaigns.

Project management is second nature — you remain composed under pressure and thrive when managing multiple workstreams. Your communication skills are exceptional, both written and verbal, and you bring a sharp eye for creative quality and detail. You're confident in presenting ideas, giving feedback constructively, and partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Comfortable working either directly with 3rd party film makers and photographer, or as part of a wider agency effort, you are adept at extracting the best performance from those around you.

You understand the role of content across owned, earned, and paid media and how to use it to drive brand engagement. You’re a collaborative team player, skilled at navigating a range of stakeholders, and have experience mentoring or managing team members. Above all, you’re curious, inventive, and committed to pushing creative boundaries.

Experience in the luxury or automotive sectors would be an advantage, as would a background in digital platforms, content creation, or global-to-local marketing strategy. An understanding of performance cars and the thrill of driving would also be beneficial. A degree or equivalent qualification is welcomed but not essential.
