As our Head of Network Development, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our retail network. This role is based in New York, and you’ll need to be hands-on, connected to the teams, and able to jump in where needed.
You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role at the heart of our luxury automotive operations. You’ll work closely with retail dealerships, senior leaders, and even the boardroom, so confidence, diplomacy, and top-tier communication skills are a must.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Business Management (or something similar)
- Experience working in a manufacturer or importer at a senior level
- A fundamental understanding of what makes aftersales and dealership operations tick
- A natural flair for coaching and leading teams
- Strong IT skills and a head for detail
- The ability to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and find smart solutions fast
