Want to join an iconic automotive brand and represent one of the world’s most prestigious names in luxury cars?
Looking for a role where no two days are the same, and you get the freedom to manage your schedule with the support of a global team?
If you’ve answered yes, keep reading, as this could be your role!
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be our go-to expert for Aston Martin dealerships across either California or Florida, ideally based in or near the LA metro area or the Miami area. If you're passionate about luxury vehicles, love problem-solving, and enjoy being a trusted advisor to teams, this is an exciting opportunity you won’t want to miss. This is a remote role.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll split your time between providing remote technical support and going hands-on at dealership service centres across Florida or California depending on your location. About half of your time will be spent remotely, diagnosing technical issues and managing cases through our Spotlight system. You’ll work closely with dealership technicians, helping them get vehicles back to peak performance as quickly as possible. The other half will see you out in the field, visiting dealerships in person, offering your expertise and guidance to ensure high standards of service.
You’ll also collaborate with our engineering and aftersales teams in the U.S. and back at Aston Martin HQ in the UK. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in technical support at exciting marketing events, like Formula 1 Hot Laps, and manage our press and marketing fleet across the West Coast. It’s a varied, hands-on role where no two days will ever be the same!
What we’re looking for:
We need someone with hands-on experience in a high-end automotive dealership or repair shop, ideally with a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems. You’ll need to be confident using diagnostic software and comfortable managing technical cases from start to finish. Clear communication is essential as you’ll work with various stakeholders, so being persuasive, clear, and collaborative is key.
The role requires someone who is self-motivated, resilient, and organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities. Since the role involves some travel, you’ll need to be within a commutable distance to Miami and have a full driver’s license with your own vehicle.
If you’ve used Salesforce or a similar CRM system before, that’s a bonus, but if not, we’ll provide the training you need to get up to speed.
The Details:
- Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends).
- Remote role
- 50% of the role is desk-based, the other 50% involves travelling to dealerships.
- Some overnight travel required.
- Occasional national and international travel.
- Ongoing training, mentorship, career development opportunities, and the chance to work alongside some of the most passionate people in the automotive world.
If you’re ready to take on a new challenge and be part of a brand that’s as passionate about its people as it is about its cars, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: $100k - $105k
