About the Role
As a key member of the Aston Martin Partnerships (AMP) design team, you’ll help define the future of collaborative innovation — where iconic design meets elite craftsmanship. You will create stunning visual concepts and 3D models, working closely with global luxury brands, visionary partners, and VIP clients. This is your chance to fuse Aston Martin’s legendary DNA with other world-class identities and produce design work that is truly without equal.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring co-branded products and special edition designs to life with originality and precision.
- Sketch, render, and model innovative ideas that honour both Aston Martin and its partners.
- Collaborate with leading luxury names and craft seamless, premium experiences.
- Present ideas to senior stakeholders with flair, clarity, and storytelling excellence.
- Drive forward trendsetting material, colour, and trim applications across projects.
- Play a pivotal role in connecting design, marketing, and brand strategy in all AMP ventures.
You’re an accomplished designer with a strong track record in luxury automotive or high-end creative projects. You thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and know how to bring a brand’s story to life through world-class design. Your skills in sketching, 3D modelling, and visual storytelling are second to none — and your portfolio speaks volumes about your creativity and attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in luxury or bespoke design environments
- Expertise in sketching, digital rendering, and 3D software (Alias, Blender, etc.)
- Proven background in high-level collaborations with luxury brands or VIP clients
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Automotive, Industrial, or Product Design
- Passion for excellence, with a deep appreciation for Aston Martin’s heritage and innovation
