At Aston Martin, we are redefining the future of luxury performance through innovation, connectivity and digital transformation. As our next generation of vehicles evolves, we are creating a world-class connected ecosystem that enhances the ownership experience, enables new digital services and supports the future of mobility. We are seeking an experienced Connected Vehicle Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering this vision.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation activities that will underpin Aston Martin's future vehicle programmes, connected services and digital capabilities. Working at the intersection of business, technology and product development, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives from concept through to Start of Production and beyond, ensuring the successful implementation of the processes, systems and operating models required to support our next-generation vehicle platforms.
As Connected Vehicle Transformation Manager, you will lead complex cross-functional programmes spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Aftersales, Connected Car and IT. You will provide the leadership, governance and coordination required to align business objectives with technology delivery, ensuring programmes remain focused on achieving strategic outcomes while supporting operational readiness across the organisation.
You will establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks, delivery controls and reporting standards, creating visibility, accountability and effective decision-making throughout the transformation lifecycle. Working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, you will develop and align transformation roadmaps, manage expectations and ensure activities remain prioritised against Aston Martin's future product and digital strategy.
The role will require a strong focus on enterprise-wide integration and business change. You will support the development and implementation of future-state operating models, business processes and enterprise systems that enable connected vehicle capabilities and digital services. You will proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and delivery momentum is maintained.
Working across a diverse network of internal teams, suppliers and strategic partners, you will coordinate resources, manage programme priorities and ensure delivery capability is aligned with business requirements. You will also be responsible for financial oversight, developing and managing business cases, budgets and forecasts while maintaining strong control of programme costs and value delivery.
Executive-level communication will be a key element of the position, with responsibility for providing clear and insightful reporting on programme performance, milestones, financial status, risks and key decisions. In addition, you will lead business readiness and adoption activities, ensuring that new capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver sustainable benefits across the organisation.
We are looking for a proven transformation leader with significant experience delivering large-scale business and technology programmes within complex and fast-paced environments. You will have a strong track record of leading strategic change initiatives from concept through to operational deployment, balancing scope, cost, quality and timing while delivering measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, Aftersales, Connected Car and IT functions. You will bring extensive experience of programme governance, risk and dependency management, financial planning and resource coordination, as well as a strong understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid frameworks.
