At Aston Martin, you'll be entrusted with some of the most exclusive vehicles and customer experiences we create. Working directly with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, collectors, enthusiasts and dealer partners across Asia Pacific and China, you'll help bring bespoke automotive visions to life while representing one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.
Based in our regional headquarters in Shanghai, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Special Project Sales and Q by Aston Martin across one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world. Covering Greater China, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, you'll work closely with local market teams, dealer partners, regional leadership and our central Special Projects team to deliver exceptional commercial results and unforgettable customer experiences.
This is a highly visible role that combines luxury relationship management, sales leadership and brand representation. You'll lead the end-to-end customer journey for some of Aston Martin's most exclusive products, from special projects and limited-edition vehicles to fully bespoke Q commissions. Whether securing orders, guiding specification appointments or managing ongoing customer relationships, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the craftsmanship, exclusivity and attention to detail synonymous with Aston Martin.
Working closely with regional teams, you'll be responsible for driving Special Project Sales performance across the region, delivering against deposit, wholesale and retail targets while supporting dealer partners to maximise every opportunity. You'll engage directly with customers, secure commitments to orders, manage contracts and payments, coordinate customer communications and provide valuable market intelligence and customer insights to central teams.
You will also act as the regional ambassador for Q by Aston Martin, championing our bespoke commissioning service across APAC and China. From helping customers create truly unique vehicles to supporting dealers through the commissioning process, you'll be the trusted link between customers, retailers and our central experts. You'll work collaboratively with marketing teams to elevate awareness of Q, identify new opportunities and ensure our most discerning customers receive a world-class experience from first conversation through to delivery and beyond.
Success in this role requires someone who is as comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs, business leaders and private collectors as they are working alongside dealer owners, investors and senior internal stakeholders. You'll possess the commercial credibility to influence at every level, whilst bringing the warmth, confidence and professionalism required to build long-lasting relationships with luxury customers.
We're looking for an individual with a proven track record within automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality or another premium customer-focused industry. You'll have experience developing commercial partnerships, managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering results in highly demanding environments. Experience working within a manufacturer, importer or multinational organisation would be advantageous, particularly across Asia Pacific markets.
You'll be naturally customer-focused, commercially driven and highly organised, with the ability to work autonomously across multiple markets and time zones. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the rarest vehicles Aston Martin creates, collaborate with exceptional customers across the region and play a key role in shaping the future growth of our Special Projects and bespoke commissioning business throughout APAC and China.
The position is based in Shanghai with regular travel across the APAC region and flexibility to support stakeholder engagement across multiple international time zones.
