At Aston Martin, we are more than a luxury automotive brand—we are creators of exceptional experiences. As part of our Commercial function, the Sales Operations team plays a vital role in connecting our global dealer network with our manufacturing and regional sales teams, ensuring a seamless journey from order to delivery.
We are now looking for a Dealer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer and dealer experience.
About the Role
As a Dealer Support Coordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for a defined group of global dealers and regional teams. You will play a central role in ensuring that vehicle orders are managed efficiently from initial entry through to final delivery, supporting both production planning and customer satisfaction.
Your contribution will directly impact the smooth flow of vehicles through the business, helping Aston Martin meet its sales and operational targets while maintaining the highest levels of service.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting dealers with order entry and ensuring accuracy in pricing and vehicle specifications, maintaining strong communication throughout the lifecycle of each order. You will monitor order progress through production, proactively managing expectations by communicating updates and resolving any potential delays.
You will raise and manage proforma and final invoices, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in line with month-end deadlines. Alongside this, you will coordinate documentation for vehicle dispatch, including compliance and export requirements, ensuring vehicles reach their destination markets smoothly.
The role also involves managing order amendments, supporting incentive and credit processes, handling deposit allocations, and resolving warranty or delivery-related queries. You will work closely with multiple internal departments including Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Product Strategy, as well as external stakeholders such as dealers and regulatory bodies.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to regional calls, support wider team activities, and provide cover for colleagues when required.
About You
You will bring previous experience in an office-based administrative or customer-facing role, ideally within a dealer support or customer service environment. You are confident using systems and tools, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across different regions. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset will help you navigate challenges and deliver a high standard of service.
A strong team ethic is essential, along with the flexibility to support key business periods, including month-end activities. An interest in the automotive industry and developing product knowledge will be beneficial, and additional language skills would be an advantage.
Why Join Us
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of business functions within Aston Martin. You will work closely with global teams and stakeholders, building valuable experience in sales operations, logistics, and commercial processes.
Previous team members have progressed into areas such as Product Strategy, Marketing, Network Development, and Regional Sales, making this an excellent stepping stone for further career development.
Additional Information
The team operates a rota system to support key sales periods, including occasional out-of-hours working, which is compensated accordingly.
If you are looking to join a collaborative and high-performing team where your work has a direct impact on customer experience and business success, we would love to hear from you.
