We’re now looking for a Head of Q Sales to lead that experience globally.
You’ll sit at the centre of our most exclusive customer relationships, working with high-net-worth clients, regional teams, and senior leadership to bring bespoke visions to life. This is a role that blends commercial leadership with creativity, precision, and influence, where no two projects are ever the same.
You will lead the global Q & Special Sales operation, owning performance, strategy, and growth. From defining pricing approaches and driving revenue to shaping how we engage our dealers and clients, you’ll play a critical role in elevating Q into a truly world-class bespoke offering. You’ll also take ownership of low-volume and one-off programmes, ensuring they are delivered flawlessly, from initial concept through to final handover.
Collaboration will be key. You’ll work closely across Finance, Product Planning, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales, building strong, credible relationships that enable pace and precision. Whether you’re presenting at executive level, supporting VVIP client engagements, or aligning global teams behind a single vision, you’ll be recognised as the driving force behind how Q shows up across the business.
We’re looking for someone who brings both commercial rigour and a deep understanding of the luxury automotive space. You’ll have a strong track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and influencing at senior level, alongside a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in the detail as they are setting strategic direction.
Most importantly, you’ll understand what “white glove” truly means, and how to scale that experience without ever losing its exclusivity.
