We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Group Leader to join our Parts Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will lead one of our core operational areas Goods Receipting, Put-away and Picking, or Dispatch and play a key role in delivering operational excellence across our warehouse function.

Leading a team of up to 10 warehouse operatives, you will ensure the accurate receipt, storage and distribution of Aston Martin parts and accessories while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service. You will provide day-to-day leadership on the warehouse floor, resolve operational issues, support key stakeholder teams and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy and performance.

The successful candidate will be a confident leader with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be comfortable making operational decisions, coaching and developing colleagues, and using warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory and operational data. Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, alongside a passion for continuous improvement and customer service, will be highly valued.

You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across operational teams and senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving capability and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational performance are essential. A driving licence and willingness to undergo a DBS check are required.
