Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, the Aftersales Business Manager will play a key role in supporting and driving performance across the Aston Martin dealer network while ensuring our customers receive a world-class aftersales experience.

This is a commercially focused and relationship-driven role where you will partner closely with investors, General Managers, and Aftersales Directors within the retail network. You will provide performance insight, operational guidance, and strategic support to help retailers achieve their business targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the activity and target achievement of the Aston Martin dealer network across key aftersales performance indicators, including parts sales, accessories sales, extended warranties, customer satisfaction, and dealer satisfaction.

You will act as a trusted business partner to retailers, providing consultancy and guidance through the use of business intelligence tools such as composite reporting, ABI, and other proprietary systems to support data-driven decision making.

You will also support the delivery of Global Aftersales strategic initiatives by helping deploy customer experience programmes and best practices across the dealer network.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance across the dealer network against key aftersales metrics, including parts sales, accessories sales, extended warranties, customer satisfaction, and dealer satisfaction
  • Provide business management consultancy and performance insight to dealer leadership using available business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Support the delivery of Global Aftersales strategic initiatives and customer experience programmes
  • Ensure compliance with Aston Martin dealer standards and commercial terms through regular audit programmes and follow-up actions
  • Support the future readiness of Aftersales operations through capacity planning, staffing levels, and facility capability to accommodate growth while minimising customer inconvenience
  • Provide technical case support in liaison with headquarters and regional technical teams for vehicles off-road, escalated customer cases, and parts backorders
  • Support customer handling activities, including customer care and goodwill assistance where required
  • Work with dealers to develop aftersales marketing initiatives and CRM programmes to enhance customer experience and retention
  • Ensure Aston Martin policies and processes are followed, including warranty management, technical support, and aftersales reporting through both formal and informal training

 

About You

You will bring strong commercial awareness and experience within the automotive aftersales environment, ideally within a premium or luxury brand. You will be comfortable analysing business performance data and translating insights into practical actions that support retailer success.

You will have exposure to automotive technical engineering across mechanical, electrical, and body repair disciplines, along with a strong understanding of how commercial organisations operate and how business processes support performance.

You will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working with a high level of autonomy while managing complex stakeholder relationships across the dealer network.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Commercial knowledge and experience within the automotive aftersales environment, ideally within the luxury sector
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience working with business intelligence or ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong numeracy and analytical capability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English across business negotiations, customer discussions, and presentations
  • Flexibility to travel regularly within the dealer network as required and support meetings across time zones
  • An interest in luxury industry trends and the ongoing transformation of the automotive sector
