If you’re someone who thrives on shaping high-performing retail networks and knows how to turn strategy into real-world impact, this is a role where you can genuinely influence how a luxury automotive brand shows up across EMEA.
Sitting within the EMEA Regional Team, you’ll play a central role in how we deliver across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Network activities, working closely with our retail partners to elevate customer experience, drive performance and support long-term dealer profitability. This isn’t just about maintaining a network, it’s about continuously evolving it.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of how the network development strategy comes to life across the EU. From identifying and recruiting new dealer partners through to overseeing terminations where required, you’ll manage the full lifecycle with a commercial, analytical and relationship-led approach. You’ll be deep in the detail, evaluating markets, analysing competitor networks, understanding key demographics and using data-driven insight to shape strategic recommendations at board level.
Alongside this, you’ll lead on performance management across the network, using both quantitative and qualitative measures to drive improvement. Whether it’s tracking CSI, reviewing dealer performance against targets, or ensuring operating standards are consistently met, you’ll be at the forefront of driving accountability and continuous improvement.
There’s also a strong project element to the role. You’ll oversee dealer appointments and ramp-ups, manage contractual and legal aspects, and lead on facility developments, relocations and refurbishments across the region. From early-stage planning through to delivery, you’ll ensure every project aligns with our brand standards and long-term network vision.
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong commercial mindset and can confidently navigate both strategic and operational challenges. You’ll be comfortable working with financial data, building business cases and interpreting performance trends, but equally confident managing stakeholders across markets and influencing at senior level. Experience within automotive retail is important, ideally within a premium or ultra-luxury environment, alongside a solid understanding of sales and aftersales operations.
You’ll be naturally analytical, detail-focused and organised, with the ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer detail. You build strong relationships, communicate with impact and aren’t afraid to challenge where needed. Fluency in English is essential, and a second major European language is a must for this role given the breadth of markets you’ll support across the EU. As this is a Frankfurt-based position, candidates must already have the right to live and work within the EU.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where your work directly shapes the strength, performance and future of a high-profile retail network.
