Network Development and Performance Executive

Are you ready to make your mark with one of the world’s most iconic ultra-luxury automotive brands? We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Network Development and Performance Executive to join our APAC Regional Team, based in Singapore.
In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Aston Martin’s presence across APAC and Greater China by driving network strategy, improving dealer performance, and managing high-impact projects from end to end.
This is a role that blends analysis and insight with relationship management, legal understanding, and hands-on project delivery. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing regional team, collaborating with our global head office and directly supporting dealer partners across multiple markets. No two days will be the same.
The role may require APAC-wide travel to attend dealer meetings, oversee project delivery, and support dealer events and regional launch activities. You’ll need to be adaptable, resourceful and confident working across different cultures and time zones, often balancing multiple deadlines and priorities at once.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the growth, development and performance of the APAC & Greater China dealer network
- Researching and evaluating market opportunities, demographics and competition to guide network planning
- Managing due diligence, network strategy reports and board-level recommendations
- Overseeing dealer appointments and terminations, including legal and commercial documentation
- Coordinating facility developments, refurbishments and relocations across the region
- Analysing and reporting on business plans, dealer KPIs, vehicle parc data and aftersales performance
- Supporting customer experience improvement across CSI, standards, audits and operational delivery
- Helping ensure dealer compliance with brand, financial and operational standards
We’re looking for someone who has
- A strong understanding of the automotive retail environment, ideally within luxury or ultra-luxury brands
- Solid experience with network development, business planning and financial analysis
- A confident approach to working with contracts and legal documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- A self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a data-led mindset
It would be great if you also bring
- Experience in real estate, retail construction or dealership refurbishments
- A business-related degree or equivalent automotive industry experience
- Exposure to high-end consumer brands or international commercial teams
