Aftersales Commercial Administrator

At Aston Martin, our Aftersales team is at the heart of delivering the quintessential customer experience – from first contact to years of ownership. We are now looking for an energetic and determined Aftersales Commercial Administrator to join us in supporting this mission.

 

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our Aftersales operation running smoothly. It’s a busy and varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll be:

  • Creating, maintaining and distributing important L&C documents (including Certificates of Conformity) for customers and dealers.
  • Processing customer orders to ensure all correct documentation is provided
  • Supporting administration for Service Plans and Extended Warranties, including invoicing and claims queries.
  • Handling purchase orders, cost centre allocations, and spend tracking for the Commercial Aftersales team.
  • Coordinating with Dealers & Heritage Centres to resolve queries and ensure excellent customer support.
  • Keeping  KPI packs updated and ready for both regional and HQ review.
  • Archiving and maintaining vital vehicle and engine history documentation
  • Assisting wider Commercial Aftersales team achieve revenue & profit growth through supporting Heritage, Accessories, Pricing and Marketing activities.

 

What we’re looking for

This role calls for more than just strong organisational skills. We’re looking for someone who can bring together excellent administration with a problem-solving mindset and a positive, determined approach. You’ll be a confident communicator, able to engage clearly and proactively with colleagues, dealers and customers, whether over email or the phone.

Strong attention to detail and a logical way of thinking will help you manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and still stay flexible when ad-hoc tasks arise. Being comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Project and PowerPoint, will be important, and if you’ve had exposure to systems like Salesforce, Goldcrest or Tableau, that’s an added advantage.
