At Aston Martin, our Aftersales team is at the heart of delivering the highest level of customer experience globally – from first contact to years of ownership. We are now looking for an energetic and determined Aftersales Commercial Administrator to join us in supporting this mission.
What you’ll be doing
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will support all areas of Commercial Aftersales, ensuring the smooth running of key programmes, reporting, and administrative processes. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our range of Aftercare Intensified Ownership Experience programmes with tasks such as invoicing, global pricing updates, and global campaign coordination
- Acting as a key contact for our regional teams, dealers, and external suppliers, responding to queries and providing programme support
- Processing purchase orders, tracking approvals, and monitoring spend across relevant cost centres
- Administering the Aftersales Legal & Compliance programme, including creating, maintaining, and distributing documentation (e.g. Certificates of Conformity) and maintaining heritage car archives
- Coordinating Aftersales meetings, committees, and steering groups, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking actions
- Producing Aftersales management reports and supporting wider performance tracking activities
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support across the Aftersales function as required
What we’re looking for

You will bring:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, problem-solving approach
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the resilience to see challenges through
- Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
It would be an advantage if you have experience with systems such as Salesforce, INFOR ERP or business intelligence applications such as Tableau.
Familiarity with luxury automotive aftersales products such as extended warranties or service plans is also an advantage.
Above all, you will be collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
