We’re seeking a Sales Operations and Network Development Graduate to join us within our UK & South Africa Regional Team, giving you the chance to work on cutting-edge projects across the automotive industry.

 

About the role: 

As a Sales Operations and Network Development Graduate you’ll become a valued member of our UK & South Africa Regional Team.

This team is responsible for the management and delivery of all Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Network activity within the UK and South Africa Region in collaboration with the Retail Network.  

You will support the ongoing delivery of the UK & South Africa network strategy, regional wholesale and retail performance, improvement in Network Performance, and enhancement in market intelligence. 

 

Main duties: 

  • Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of the UK & South Africa Dealer network. 

  • Evaluating the UK & South region, vehicle parc, competitor network, automotive groups, demographics, and other key indicators of wealth to inform network strategy and intelligence. 

  • Managing regional records, ensuring all information and documents are appropriately stored and easily accessible. 

  • Supporting the preparation of key strategic planning documents. 

  • Preparing and distributing Network communications. 

  • Supporting the creation and distribution of weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting. 

  • Overseeing regional sales operations administration, including logistics, payment, spec adjustments, performance bonuses, and other ad hoc actions. 

  • Supporting the successful delivery of the regional fleet strategy. 

  • Managing the UK & South Africa Regional mailbox, ensuring all enquiries are managed in a timely fashion. 

  • Providing ongoing support to the Regional Operations Managers.

You’ll need to: 

  • Have commercial/business experience within a relatable sector. 

  • Hold a business-related degree or equivalent discipline (Management, Strategy or similar) 

  • Be a self-motivated team player, focused on results with excellent organisational skills. 

  • Be able to build relationships and communicate confidently and competently at all levels. 

  • Have a creative and lateral thinking approach to problem-solving. 

  • Possess strong written and analytical skills. 

  • Have strong attention to detail and precision. 

  • Be proactive and flexible in a constantly developing environment. 

  • Have an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and planning. 

  • Demonstrate proficient IT skills across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Have had a 12-month Commercial Industry placement (preferable but not essential).
