About the role:
As a Customer Experience Graduate, you’ll become a valued member of our Sales & Marketing team, where you’ll immerse yourself in our strategic planning, volume analysis, data analysis, and network presentation.
This rotational role spans over two years and allows you to gain hands-on experience across various areas, including fleet sales efficiency, letter writing, and administrating regions through Salesforce.
Working alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll help shape relationships with the Aston Martin Dealer network.

You'll need to:

- Own data sets, ensuring they are credible and valid before presenting.
- Look at the general onward progress of the region.
- Engage with a very motivated network of dealer partners.
- Analyse statistics to understand market trends and performance.

You’ll be based at our Gaydon headquarters, with occasional travel to other sites and company events.
- A starting salary of £34,200 with performance-based increments.
