As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for vehicle-level testing, focusing on delivering technical solutions to enhance the customer experience. This role involves evaluating vehicles from the perspective of a customer, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards. You will act as a key point of contact for the technical aspects of vehicle testing, working closely with a team of experienced engineers to solve fleet issues.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on specific vehicles, supporting vehicle testing based in Idiada, and resolving any technical issues that arise. You will be hands-on with the brand, addressing challenges that arise during testing and working to improve vehicle performance. This role will involve international work based in Idiada, Spain, so flexibility and a passion for hands-on testing are essential.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be open to new ideas, have a transparent approach, and be motivated by problem-solving. You'll collaborate with a talented team to maintain high standards in vehicle testing and ensure that fleet issues are resolved from an engineering perspective. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and building up the brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle-level testing from a customer perspective.
• Provide technical support for vehicle testing in Idiada, Spain.
• Solve fleet issues and ensure vehicles meet performance standards.
• Address technical issues that arise during testing and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver quality testing results.
