Join Aston Martin as a Senior NVH Engineer!
Role Overview: As our NVH Senior Engineer, you will lead whole vehicle NVH attribute assessment, verification testing, data processing, and reporting. Based at the Idiada proving ground facility in a small team, you will be the resident Aston Martin NVH engineer, spearheading on-site NVH attribute performance, issue mitigation, development, and verification whilst working in collaboration with the UK NVH team.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide expertise in NVH performance
- Process and report NVH data
- Alleviate issues and develop solutions on-site
- Collaborate with internal teams (body, dynamics, chassis, powertrain, and vehicle engineering) and external stakeholders (suppliers, dealerships, logistics partners)
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, accountable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator
- Proven experience in automotive test and development issue mitigation
- Proficiency in using Siemens Testlab and/or head acoustics
- Degree qualification is desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of state-of-the-art measurement and development techniques, including the latest hardware and software toolsets
