Now you’re probably wondering how our talent pool system works. Once you’ve submitted your CV our Talent Acquisition team will review your application by assessing your experience and skillset against our current and upcoming opportunities and potentially matching you to a role. Now, we know it isn’t always possible to match right there and then, and if that is the case, we will then retain your details (with your permission of course) and contact you as soon as a position becomes available that matches.
