AML exports to over 50 countries and is impacted by a wide range of fast changing and complex public policies. The Government and Corporate Affairs function is responsible for identifying political, public policy and regulatory risks and opportunities and implementing advocacy actions in support of business objectives.

Material Planner

Direct Tax Manager

The Direct Tax Manager will primarily be responsible for the preparation and submission of the UK corporation returns for the group, together with assisting the Senior Group Tax Manager with quarterly tax reporting obligations and statutory accounts notes. Bringing the compliance cycle in-house for the first time will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to create an in-house tax compliance process. The job is however not limited to compliance and reporting, with the successful candidate having the opportunity to actively assist the tax team with wider tax activities including transfer pricing, management of the annual R&D claim and coordination of tax risk management.

Senior Manager, Metrology, Torque and Calibration

The Metrology team are responsible for the measurement and data analysis of parts, sub-assemblies, tubs and bodies across both St Athan and Gaydon sites and all AML car models. They are also accountable for the control and calibration of all measurement equipment across both sites and to ensure no torque escapes from site.

Quality Business Intelligence Analyst

To provide Business Intelligence support for Quality departments by creating new reports for evaluating metrics and KPIs that govern Quality businesses. Maintenance of existing / creation of new reports on DOMO / BIRST (Business Intelligence Platform) and Excel SQL/VBA Spreadsheets. In line with the development & implementation of a new company wide ERP system (developed by an external partner), the applicant will play a key role in ensuring the system is fit for purpose from a Business Intelligence point of view and become a key user within Quality.

Valkyrie Technician A grade

We’re looking for members of the Valkyrie build team to support daily manufacturing operations across build stations. You’ll need to be a qualified and experienced motorsport technician and will liaise with build support staff including engineers (at all levels), along with ensuring the highest quality of work in the build phase of the Valkyrie road car.

Senior Engineer VCATs

The Vehicle Configuration and Test System (VCATS) team are part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering function and support the electrical & Diagnostic testing of the vehicle and the validation of feature performance. The team is responsible for flashing software, configuring and testing assemblies and full vehicles, making them ready for the end customer and ensuring it complies with market legislation. VCATS is present on all manufacturing sites including small volume build activities. As a VCATS Engineer, you’ll be part of a multi-skilled team taking responsibility for the provision of a whole-life test system from the start of a vehicle programme, through early build stages and on to volume production.
