We’re now looking for a Security Architect to help define and lead how security is embedded across our organisation; creating the foundations that ensure everything we build is secure, scalable and designed to stand up to an evolving threat landscape.
This role will shape enterprise-wide security architecture and inform governance standards Working directly with project teams and engineers, you’ll ensure security is not an afterthought but built in from the very beginning. You’ll design practical, secure solutions across cloud, infrastructure, applications and data, balancing risk, business needs and the pace of implementation.
You’ll be the person people turn to when they need clarity and direction. Whether that’s reviewing architectures, identifying risks, supporting threat modelling or advising on the right controls you’ll bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. You’ll translate security requirements into something meaningful and actionable, helping teams understand not just what’s required, but how to deliver.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You’ll work closely with enterprise architecture, platforms, operations and external partners to drive a consistent, secure-by-design approach across everything we do. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to shaping the longer-term direction, developing security roadmaps, responding to emerging threats, and continuously evolving our architecture to keep us ahead.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in security architecture or solution design, who is comfortable operating across both technical and business landscapes. You’ll have a deep understanding of core security domains, experience working across cloud and hybrid environments, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences. Just as importantly, you’ll bring the mindset we value, someone who can challenge constructively, think strategically, and work collaboratively to get the right outcomes.
