As our next Functional Test Lead—Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of IT solutions that underpin crucial business functions such as CRM, sales, and digital transformation. Your exacting attention to detail and systematic approach will be instrumental in upholding the highest quality, functionality, and performance standards.
You will spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies while leading teams of test resource that will scale and flex across the multiple projects you will support. By collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers, you will help ensure that our solutions not only meet but surpass business expectations, while minimising risk. Adaptability and creative problem-solving are essential in this role, as you will need to find innovative solutions that drive the business forward.
To thrive in this role, you must possess extensive experience in testing commercial applications, including Salesforce, and adeptly managing defects using tools such as DevOps or Jira. A strong grasp of testing methodologies encompassing functional, regression, integration, and UAT is indispensable, as is prior experience working on Agile and digital transformation projects. Leadership and teamwork lie at the core of this role, demanding effective collaboration across departments while ensuring adherence to security and industry standards.
This hybrid role offers a blend of onsite and remote working, granting you the flexibility of spending two days at our headquarters and three days working remotely. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays at 1:00 PM, enabling you to achieve an exceptional work-life balance.
